In reply to Diane. Agree with Diane. Mr. Allen is a prime example of someone who has accepted being kicked down and being made less professional by the AMC’s. He wrote of working for 10% less than the year before because… WHY NOT…everything else went down 10% or more since last year (sarcasm for those that don’t get it). Rather than stand up and fight for our profession, some people just… give in and accept less money.
