Typically its $100 (low) per hour to $150 for typical GSE work. Normal good quality work takes 6 to 8 hours. Complex work can easily take 10 to 20 hours. We can earn much more doing non GSE non FRT work. As appraisers we try to make a certain gross fee per hour. At 10 hours they are scraping by. Some will take short cuts.
