In reply to Kenneth. The issue is not that simple. The keyword you’re looking for in research is ‘party consent’ In my state, there is a one party consent rule. Meaning, if I, the one of two parties being recorded, consent to recording, it’s legal and admissible as evidence, even if the other party is unaware. In other states there is a two party consent rule.

In the meantime, my workload dried up. Blackballed? You tell me. I have yet to find an attorney to represent me in a civil complaint against the homeowner.
