Baggs, Jeremy Baggott recently wrote that although John Dingeman of CLASS reportedly said the accusation and mere arrest without conviction would not have turned up, the VA reported that Mr. Uchndu’s prior CONVICTION for a $1.2 million dollar felony conviction DID show. Clearly Class is deficient in their screening.

I can only think of two possibilities: 1- he was hired to perform scans of properties that they call “videography” but never sent him on a job. In reply to IMJSAYN. I just don’t see where the record would be found prior to sentencing (which was scheduled in March).

Several things stood out about this Property Inspector signed up with Class Valuations in regards to Background checks. The Convicted Criminal was convicted but apparently was not confined. ???? I assume what has been reported true. The Time Line seems strange or at least out of order. He was free and awaiting sentencing.
