I recently took on a measure job for a client who was questioning the square footage of their home. They paid 12% over list price to get the house.

There is a comment above Concerning Certification #19 Saying to the effect the appraiser certifies the Joe the Inspector/PDR collector is Qualified ; Question is that certification #19 on the Fannie Mae Desktoppy/burb it up report. I would like to read that certification. Can someone direct me to that form?
