For FHA and USDA the first three sales must be within one year of the effective date no exception. The area where I live has a 45K acres lake that covers two states and four counties. Moving further in distance away from the lake would not be credible for my reports.

Corporate insolvencies jump 18% in October

Corporate insolvencies increased by 17.6% in October 2023 to a total of 2,315 compared to September’s total of 1,969, and increased by 18.5% compared to October 2022’s figure of 1,954. According to the Insolvency Service this is higher, this was higher than levels seen while the Government support measures were in place in response to the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and also higher than pre-pandemic numbers.

Seems funny the owners of properties that were and are listed for sale with a realtor, don’t scream racism. That in itself is pretty strong evidence the complaints are self-serving. Or equally supportive, no Assessor or valuation company I’ve heard of have been called racists.
