Dental and spine-focused life sciences company ZimVie Inc., advised by Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP, said Monday that it has agreed to sell its spine business to private equity shop H.I.G. Capital, advised by McDermott Will & Emery LLP, for a total consideration of $375 million.
