Danaher's $5.7B Abcam Buy Gets The Green Light To Close

The multibillion-dollar deal between health care tech conglomerate Danaher Corp. and life sciences research tools company Abcam PLC, first announced in August, is expected to close Dec. 6 after receiving clearance from regulatory bodies, according to a Friday statement from Abcam.
