Indian drugmaker Cipla Ltd. Wednesday asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge to trim back a suit alleging it cost bankrupt biopharmaceutical company Achaogen Inc.'s s $10 million by frustrating attempts to sell the rights to its antibiotics, calling the case "weak."
