Boise Cascade Co (NYSE: BCC ) has agreed to acquire Coastal Plywood Company , including two manufacturing locations, from Coastal Forest Resources Company for $512 million. Coastal Plywood provides quality plywood, lumber, and treated wood products throughout the eastern U.S.
