Mercer Capital, a national business valuation and financial advisory firm, is pleased to welcome Owen T. Johnson, CPA/ABV, CBA, ASA to the team as a Senior Advisor.
Over his career, Owen has provided transaction-related consulting services to numerous clients on both the sell-side and buy-side of transactions. Such consulting has included the delivery of transaction opinions, such as fairness opinions and solvency opinions, and strategic advisory services related to transaction pricing and execution.
In addition, he has extensive experience in providing valuation and corporate advisory services for purposes including estate and gift tax planning and compliance matters, employee stock ownership plans, buy-sell agreements, and corporate planning and reorganizations.
Owen holds the CPA and ABV (Accredited in Business Valuation) designations from the AICPA, the CBA designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, and the Accredited Senior Appraiser designation from the American Society of Appraisers.
