Timothy Lee, ASA, Managing Director at Mercer Capital, will moderate a session on Helpful Take-Aways from Your Valuation at The ESOP Association National Conference in Washington, D.C. on May 3-6.
The session will focus on how ESOP companies can create and uncover helpful uses from the annual valuation process and the report. The learning objectives for the session include guidance on assessing & utilizing information from the entire valuation process from due diligence to the final report; explaining industry & economic information to support benchmarking & forecasting; and evaluating the pros & cons of sharing all or parts of the valuation report with ESOP participants.
Tim is the Managing Director of Corporate Valuation Services and a board member at Mercer Capital. He has over 28 years of experience in valuation and corporate advisory services, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, ESOPs, trust & estate matters, buy-sell matters, dispute resolution, and corporate planning. Tim has been a member of ASA for 25 years and an active volunteer and committee member within ASA and The ESOP Association. He has served on The ESOP Association’s Valuation Advisory Committee for ten years. He is a frequent speaker and contributing author to numerous valuation-related publications.
