LaVaughn M. Henry, PhD, CBE is former Senior Economist for the Council of Economic Advisers in the Executive Office of the President (the White House), and the Senior Regional Officer and Vice President for the Federal Reserve Branch in Cincinnati. Dr. Henry has over 20 years of diverse experience in the fields of business economics, consulting/advisory services, interest rate and market risk modeling, and government affairs. He has delivered more than 375 speeches and presentations on the status and outlook of the nation’s economy, monetary policy, and the residential real estate market; and has received multiple merit awards and recognition for outstanding service.

Alec Story, ASA is Vice President of Perfection Global LLC. He has been in the business of selling Industrial Assets for over 24 years and has performed equipment sales & appraisals for hundreds of industrial plants & companies across North America. Mr. Story first joined ASA in 2003 and earned his Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in 2012. He is an active member and volunteer, currently serving as member of ASA’s Machinery & Technical Specialties Discipline Committee.

Anna Kopinski, ASA, is a Senior Associate – Asset Valuations at mba Aviation. She has over 15 years’ experience and is an ISTAT Certified Appraiser. Ms. Kopinski is responsible for conducting maintenance adjusted, lease encumbered, and full appraisals of commercial and corporate aircraft, engines, and helicopters, as well as researching and preparing market reports on the aviation industry, market trends and opportunities, with a specialized focus on corporate and private aircraft financing, marketing, and transactions.    Ms. Kopinski first joined ASA in 2021 and earned her Accredited Senior Appraiser designation earlier this year. She is currently enrolled in a Masters of Financial Management program, as well as doing coursework in Aviation Law at Embry-Riddle. Ms. Kopinski speaks five languages and does volunteer work in translation and literacy. She is also a long-standing member of Women in Aviation International and certified to teach English as a Foreign Language.

Dennis Bolton, ASA is a Managing Director at Gordon Brothers Commercial & Industrial, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in industrial machinery and equipment valuation and inventory management with extensive equipment finance experience with strategies in equipment and portfolio management, remarketing, product development, business strategy and execution. Mr. Bolton first joined ASA in 1996 and has been a designated member of ASA for over 25 years. He is also an active volunteer, currently serving on both the ASA Machinery & Technical Specialties Discipline and ASA Governmental Relations Committee.

Asher Cohen, ASA is Managing Director, Industrial Valuation Group at Suncorp Valuations. Mr. Cohen has over 21 years of experience in industrial valuations, specializing in pulp and paper, oil and gas, food processing, power generation/distribution as well as fixed asset reconciliation and PPA’s. Mr. Cohen first joined ASA in 2009 and earned his Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation in 2012.

Joshua Abbey, ASA is Director at Suncorp Valuations. He has over 16 years of experience in Industrial Valuation work, specializing in pulp and paper, and the lumber industry.  Mr. Abbey first joined ASA in 2011 and has been a designated member of ASA for 10 of years. He is an active ASA member and volunteer serving in numerous leadership positions, including most notably as President of the ASA Milwaukee chapter.

Randa Doleh, ASA, MBA, is Director of Business Systems & Analytics/Senior Appraiser at SIGMA Group/SIGMA Appraisal. Aside from the Appraisal Division, Ms. Doleh also serves as Business Systems and Analytics Manager, leading internal business development projects and works on optimizing workflow. She has over 10 years of experience in marketing operations and analytics, and was an economics instructor at her alma mater, USI. Ms. Doleh serves on the Board of Trustees for the Evansville Museum of Art, Science, and History and is also its Marketing Committee Chair. She first joined ASA in 2019 and continues to be an active member and volunteer.

Jay Rivera is Auction Division Lead/Senior Account Manager at SIGMA Group/SIGMA Auction. He has over 6 years of experience in used manufacturing equipment, specializing in buying and selling used packaging and processing equipment. Mr. Rivera has been an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as Chair of the Development Committee at the Evansville Museum of Art, History & Science.

Terry Podgorski, ASA is Owner, Sr. Appraiser of Machinery Valuation Specialists, LLC. He has over 28 years of experience in appraising a wide range of machinery and equipment, including biodiesel facilities.  He is a consultant with Lee Enterprises Consulting, the world’s premier bio-consulting group.  Mr. Podgorski first joined ASA in 1994 and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as past chapter President, Vice President, and Treasurer of the Greater Michigan Chapter.

Douglas R. Krieser, ASA FRICS is Managing Director at Valcon Partners, LTD. He has over 34 years of experience in valuation and is experienced in a wide variety of different industries.  Mr. Krieser has been a designated member of ASA for over 25 years, and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as Chair of the Board of Examiners, teaching and developing numerous courses and webinars, authoring articles and contributing the Appraising Machinery and Equipment textbook and is a past President of the ASA.

Jack Young, ASA, CPA is Owner of NorCal Valuation. He has over 30 years of experience in equipment appraisal, expert witness, and financial reporting services, including many years as an auctioneer and auction manager of business assets, machinery, equipment and personal property. Mr. Young first joined ASA in 2009 and has been a designated member of ASA for over 13 years. He is an active member and volunteer, most notably serving as Chair of the ASA Appraisal Review & Management Discipline Committee, President of the ASA NorCal Chapter, and Editor of ASA’s Appraisal Review & Management (ARM) e-Journal.

Joseph Santora, ASA is the President at Irontrax. He has over 25 years of experience in appraisal field, specializing in Construction, Transportation & Mining Equipment. Mr. Santora has been a designated member of ASA for 14 years, and an active volunteer with numerous leadership positions, including most notably serving as 2015- 2019 ASA International Marketing Committee Chairman, ASA Equipment Valuation Founder & Chairman 2010- 2019, Machinery & Equipment Committee, 2012- 2107 and is the 2015 recipient of the American Society of Appraisers Jerry F Larkins Award. He also serves on the Equipment Lease and Finance Associations Equipment Management Committee and is active in the Turnaround Management Association.

Gregory Popham is a Principal at CRED Cell Tower Valuation. He has over 30 years’ experience and assists assessors and appraisers with the re-valuation of their TPP tax rolls with respect to the wireless telecommunication sites throughout their jurisdiction that are undervalued. Mr. Popham is an active profession leader and has served in several volunteer leadership roles, most notably including past President at Fayette County Chamber of Commerce.

Michael R. Crismyre, ASA is Senior Director at RSM US LLP, with over 40 years’ experience as a processional appraiser, specializing in appraisals of all types of fixed assets, and has performed hundreds of appraisals during his career. He has worked for several of the nation’s largest accounting and consulting firms (PwC, KPMG and RSM) for the last 25 years and during that time he has reviewed over a thousand reports used for financial reporting purposes (ASC 805 and ASC 360) by clients of those firms. Mr. Crismyre first joined ASA in 1988 and currently holds its Accredited Senior Appraiser designation for Machinery and Technical Specialties. He has volunteered for several leadership positions, most notably including past member of ASA’s Machinery & Technical Specialties Discipline Committee, as well as current President of the ASA Chicago Chapter and current ASA Board of Examiners Committee member.
