Mercer Capital is pleased to announce that Zachary M. Barber, CPA/ABV has been promoted to Vice President, and Zac L. Lange, CPA has been promoted to Senior Financial Analyst.
Zac Barber is a member of the firm’s Financial Reporting Valuation Group and has experience providing valuation analyses related to intangible assets, contractual agreements, and complex capital structures. He also has valuation experience in engagements related to corporate planning, estate and gift tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, profit-sharing plans, compliance matters, litigation support, and ESOPs. In addition, he also works on complex valuation assignments related to litigated matters.
Zac Lange is a member of the firm’s Litigation Group and has experience providing valuation and forensics services for family law, gift and estate planning, commercial litigation, transactions (M&A), fairness opinions, employee stock ownership plans, and further matters related to privately held businesses, dissenting shareholders, intellectual property, personal goodwill, etc. He contributes regularly to Mercer Capital’s Family Business Director and Family Law Valuation and Forensic Insights publications.
