I would sure like to see what’s going on in the courts and how they’re handling these issues. The hell with the sale agreement being provided or not. What’s in the report? Is the final opinion of value supported by the information provided in the report and is the analyses performed supportive? If so, wouldn’t it be harder to prove bias or anything else the accusers want to prove?
