Karen Lascelle, CPA, CVA, CFE, is a Managing Director at John Burk & Associates CPAs, PC, with over 25 years of expertise in business valuation, financial forensics, litigation support, corporate taxation, and mergers and acquisitions. A 2006 MBA graduate from Southern New Hampshire University, Karen is dedicated to upholding ethical standards as a member of the Ethics Oversight Board for NACVA. With a notable history, including past presidencies at the New Hampshire Society of CPAs and the Rotary Club of Nashua West, she also contributes her insights to the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Commission (AIMLC) for NACVA.

Greg Endicott | Valuevision, Inc
Greg Endicott, ASA, CPA/ABV, CEIV is the Managing Director of Strategic Value Group, LLC. He has nearly 30 years experience in valuations for wide range of transactional, tax, financial reporting, and litigation projects, with deep competency in healthcare and multi-disciplinary financial reporting projects. Mr. Endicott is also the President and CEO of Valuevision, Inc., a Software as a Service company.

Melanie Perez | FairValue Advisors, LLC
Melanie started her career as a Business Analyst at FairValue Advisors, LLC in 2022 and has since advanced to the role of Junior Consultant, specializing in complex business valuation assignments. With a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University, Melanie is currently pursuing her Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation.

Andrew Couillard | FairValue Advisors, LLC
Andrew, having joined FairValue Advisors, LLC as a Business Valuation Analyst in 2017 and has since advanced to the role of Senior Consultant, specializes in complex business valuation assignments. With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi, Andrew is currently pursuing his Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation.

Scott DeMarco | Equitable Value LLC
Scott has been qualified and appointed by courts as an expert witness, and his business valuation opinions have been adopted by courts. Prior to his career in business appraisal, Scott accumulated experience in finance, accounting, and marketing through his involvement as CFO in the growth and subsequent sale of two software enterprises. He is a Certified Business Appraiser, Certified Valuation Analyst, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, and Certified Patent Valuation Analyst.

Michelle Czekalski Bradley | Appraisal Foundation
Michelle is an AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, and a real estate educator on a variety of real estate topics. She has authored continuing education courses which she has instructed for both appraisal and real estate licensees in many states. She also completes appraisal review assignments for a variety of clients. She has recently been appointed as Chair of the Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) by the Board of Trustees of the Appraisal Foundation. She has served as Pennsylvania’s representative to the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Real Property Valuation Committee and has also served on the Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee, and actively lobbies for needed changes to the real estate profession. Michelle has over 35 years’ experience in performing professional appraisal services for her clients. She works to build long-lasting relationships with every client through her willingness to answer questions and provide attention to detail

Barry Shea | Appraisal Foundation
Mr. Shea has been actively engaged in the real estate industry in New Hampshire since January 1983. He is an instructor in ASA’s Appraisal Management and Review program. He has performed experience qualification reviews for the State of New Hampshire Real Estate Appraiser Board and the North Dakota Real Estate Appraiser Qualifications and Ethics Board. Appraisal and appraisal review clients have included various lenders, third-party relocation companies, government agencies, attorneys, and private parties. Shea has been accepted as an expert witness in several jurisdictions in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and in federal bankruptcy court.

Charles Rosoff | Appraisal Services Associates
Mr. Rosoff is the president of Appraisal Services Associates, a firm of appraisers that provide forensic valuations of Fine Art, Antiques, Decorative Arts, Residential and Office contents. He has been appraising since 1984. He was the Legal Issues Editor of the Personal Property Journal of the ASA, was on the faculty of the American Law Institute, American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) Post-Mortem Planning and Estate Administration, and participated at the Association of the Bar of the City of New York program Divorce in New York in the 21st Century. Mr. Rosoff has also taught Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) for the Appraisal Foundation, taught the 4th required course Personal Property Valuation—The Legal and Regulatory Environment of Appraisal Practice for the ASA at various universities, taught Appraisal Research Methods at New York University, and has testified as an expert witness numerous times in multiple jurisdictions.

Jay Fishman | Financial Research Associates
Jay E. Fishman, FASA, is a Managing Director of Financial Research Associates and has been actively engaged in the appraisal profession since 1974. He specializes in the valuations of business enterprises and their intangible assets. Mr. Fishman has co-authored several books, including the Guide to Business Valuations, Standards of Value, A Consensus View Q&A Guide to Financial Valuation and The Business Valuation Bench Book. He has also written numerous articles on business valuations as well as qualifying as an expert witness and providing testimony in twelve states. He has taught courses on business valuation to the Internal Revenue Service, the National Judicial College, the Hong Kong Society of Accountants and on behalf of the World Bank in St. Petersburg, Russia. He taught courses in Moscow, Russia and for the Slovenian Institute of Auditors in Ljubljana, Slovenia. In 2020, in full recognition of his outstanding services in the Society and contributions to the appraisal profession, the American Society of Appraisers gave him their Lifetime Achievement Award.
